Employment
Our goal is to leverage the women’s health and hygiene program an opportunity for women to monetize their skill. Creating employment opportunities will empower them, build their confidence, and allow them to recognize their value. young girls will be able to attend school because their school feels will be paid in exchange for the work they do. Women will also have employment opportunities in the Generosity Women’s center and can be selected to be a part of the core team training for reusable pads.

Our program creates an avenue for women for new opportunities for women. Women can lead training classes on how to make a reusable pads and other health classes, and women serve on our WASH committees. When women serve on our WASH committees a new level of respect is formed. They are collaborating with their male counterparts and they do no longer feel silenced, their voices are heard.

Self-worth
Women being able to manage their menstrual cycle restores their self-worth and dignity. Having a reusable pad, allows them to engage with others during their cycle and not sit still. Being able to clean their bodies, practice proper sanitation, and get rid of the odor they once carried, gives them self-confidence. They feel good about their bodies and themselves. They do not have to hide and live in shame.
